Miso Salad Dressing

Sasayu – Jakarta

 

Ingredients:
2 tbsp mild miso paste
2 tbsp honey/brown sugar
1 tsp mild mustard
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1-2 tsp vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp chili powder (optional)
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp roasted sesame seed
1 clove of minced garlic (preferably grated)
A pinch of black pepper

How it’s made:
1. Mix everything with a whisk in a big bowl until creamy. If you want to make in a big batch, put everything in a blender and keep the dressing in a tight jar in the fridge.

2. Serve with your favourite vegetables. I like to top my salad with more sesame seed and fried onions.
